Position: Head of Sales
Working Location: True Digital Park

Job Descriptions:

• Learn and understand each country's market related to business.
• Work closely with regional GM to develop online guidelines in adherence to Thailand regional strategy.
• Ensure regional guidelines, mandates, benchmarks are followed through and published as the regular dashboard.
• Monitor operational excellence in all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, and business development – in short, the entire P/L responsibility.
• Be responsible for reports and business analysis.
• Ongoing relationship management with all regional managers.
• Be responsible for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of various investment opportunities.
• Overall operational support with regards to reporting and investment updates.

 Qualifications :

• A Bachelor's degree or above in business, finance or related field.
• Mid-senior level experience in strategic planning, financial, project management, including experience in consulting firms is preferred.
• Experience in Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure Business is preferred.
  

Position: Account Executive
Working Location: True Digital Park

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for increasing revenue through new clients and contracts and generating new opportunities in loyalty solutions /cloud sales.
• Responsible for the area of Cloud and IT services.
• Generate & Maintain a strong sales pipeline as assigned by the Sales Director.
• To manage coordination with all internal support teams to ensure sales & on ground execution.
• Market study in terms of competition mapping, market intelligence and market share.
• Closely work with the product and presales team to on board desired customers.
• Mapping Industry in depth verticals to ensure in depth coverage.
• Prepare customized proposal presentations to customer’s RFP.
• Conduct and analyze market studies in terms of competition mapping, market intelligence and market share.

Requirements :

• At least 2 - 6 years of experience in BD /Client acquisition / digital sales / Cloud sales / solution sales / concept sales role.
• Must have exposure to B2B corporate sales and concept sales with a keen sales and marketing acumen. Specifically dealing with IT head and senior levels will be an added advantage.
• Should have exposure to corporate sales and solution selling with a good cloud knowledge.
• Ability to develop strong relationships to build either an industry or functional network.
• Personal and business maturity that leads to confident and rational business decisions.
• Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop strategic branding/communication messages and effectively utilize appropriate communication tools and channels to strengthen the company's brand position as well as edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.
• Responsible for brand awareness development and executing proven surveys.
• Responsible for content production from getting the brief, developing the creative concept, and writing the content, to the final deliverables; marketing materials, articles, press releases, corporate statements, and advertising in both Thai and English languages.

Position: Solution & Cloud Consulting (Presale)

Job Descriptions:

• Acting as the key of Cloud technical aspect for the consulting team to provide the technical consulting to both internal and external customers.
• Design Cloud solution architecture in response to the client’s requirement.
• Provide advisory consulting service to the client regarding the TrueIDC Consulting practices.
• Create Cloud technical requirements to the client’s migration plan.

Qualifications :

• Experience of designing and implementing comprehensive Cloud computing solutions on various Cloud technologies e.g. AWS, GCP.
• Experience in building multi-tier Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) applications.

Position: DevOps Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with industry best practices in mind, enhancing automation and reproducibility across our environments.
• CI/CD and GitOps: Understand and apply concepts of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and GitOps. Design and implement frameworks that streamline our development and operational processes.
• Integration Development: Create modules for integration with our monitoring systems and Kubernetes components using Golang, Python, Lua, and Ruby. Ensure these integrations enhance our capabilities and reliability.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Golang, Python, Lua, or Ruby. Expertise is not required, but the ability to effectively contribute to projects using these languages is essential
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD principles, GitOps, and related tools
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container management solutions
• Familiarity with deploying and managing open-source software like Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Grafana

Qualifications:

Position: Operations Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• 24/7 Monitoring: Monitor the Data Center's infrastructure systems, including power distribution, cooling systems, environmental controls, fire suppression, and security systems, using monitoring tools and systems.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alerts and alarms generated by monitoring systems, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Incident Management: Manage and document incidents, outages, and service disruptions according to established procedures. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently and minimize downtime.
• Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure components to ensure they are operating within specified parameters and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Security Monitoring: Monitor access control systems, surveillance cameras, and other security measures to ensure the physical security of the Data Center facility.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incident reports, and equipment inventory. Update documentation as changes are made to the facility or its infrastructure.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies such as power outages, equipment failures, and environmental hazards according to established protocols. Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and minimize impact on Data Center operations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including network operations, engineering, and customer support, to address operational issues and optimize the performance of the Data Center environment.
• Customer support services: Execute relevant smart-hand or on-site actions requested by the applicable customers, including liaising with customers in handling incident and emergency situations to ensure proper updates and smooth coordination with the customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical or certification in a relevant field preferred.
• Previous experience in Data Center operations, facilities management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Data Center infrastructure components, including power distribution, HVAC systems, and environmental monitoring.
• Proficiency in using monitoring tools and systems to track and analyze operational data.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required for 24/7 coverage.
