Position: Technology and Delivery Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and plan the project delivery and day-to-day execution of infrastructure and cloud operations, policies, processes to support corporate strategy
• Ensure effective engagement with our technology vendors in support of our evolving business requirements and strategy
• Collaborate and implement best practice monitoring and alerting processes to ensure consistent pulse check on project and service delivery
• Evangelize cloud, systems infrastructure and security best practices and resource allocation across the entire of the company technology landscape
• Maintain awareness of best practices and production trends, assess their potential impact on operational outcomes, and develop and execute plans to adapt
• Identify and monitor key performance indicators, recommend and implement corrective action of the team resources
• Work with key stakeholders to drive technical innovation and efficiency in cloud technology through automation tools and self-repair utilities
• Work closely with team managers to enforce the delivery process and practices according to the agree setup framework
• Manages vendor relationships and aligns sourcing strategies needed to attain operational goals and complete projects
• Coordinate incident and issue resolution across IT and affected business units for critical functions; ensure timely and effective engagement with vendors to resolve emergent issues when appropriate
• Performs other related duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree computer science, information systems, business, mathematics or related field
• Minimum 10 years' increasingly responsible cloud IT Infrastructure management experience
• Prior experience partnering with cloud solutions, such as Azure and AWS, to sustainably solve problems at scale, including the successful migration of solutions into or within these hosted cloud environments
• Good understanding of modern, cloud-centric architectures and DevOps principles

• Strong track record of building, growing and mentoring best-in-class infrastructure operations and site reliability
• Strong collaboration skills that enable you to build positive relationships quickly, influencing peers and leaders alike
• Passion for keeping current on the latest cloud technology innovations and how to practically apply them
• Good working knowledge and experience with ITIL Process Frameworks
• Sound understanding and appreciation for all major functional areas of IT and how they can be empowered through an infrastructure strategy
• Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task and effectively prioritize conflicting assignments with minimal supervision
• Experience managing and planning budgets, including cloud solutions
• Track record of successfully building and scaling all aspects of highly-available IaaS operations including a deep knowledge of infrastructure, compliance, and site reliability practices
• Demonstrated experience partnering with executive-level stakeholders to drive change across multiple business functions
• Thrives in a technically challenging and demanding environment where system stability and system availability are essential.

Position: Cloud Engineer Specialist

Job Description:

• Acting as the key of Cloud technical aspect for the consulting team to provide the technical consulting to both internal and external customers

• Create Cloud technical requirement to the client’s migration plan

Qualifications:

• Experience of designing and implementing comprehensive Cloud computing solutions on various Cloud technologies e.g. VMWare Cloud, AWS, GCP
• Experience in building multi-tier Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) applications
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, Apache, IIS, NoSQL operations as its architecture to the Cloud
• Knowledge of OS administrative for both Windows and UNIX technologies
• Knowledge of key concerns and how they are addressed in Cloud Computing such as security, performance and scalability
• Experience with RDBMS designing and implementing over the Cloud

Position: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Job Description:

• Serve as the primary contact responsible for the overall health, performance, and capacity of one or more of our cloud services
• Obtain complete knowledge of our complex cloud solutions
• Assist in the roll-out and deployment of new product features and installations to facilitate our rapid iteration and constant growth
• Develop tools to improve our ability to rapidly deploy and effectively monitor custom applications in a large-scale cloud environment.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure platforms are designed with "operability" in mind
• Function well in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing projects 

Required Skills:

• Hands-on cloud architecture and implementation (AWS, GCP, OpenStack, Huawei)
• UNIX/Linux systems knowledge/administration background
• Troubleshooting skills that span systems, network, storage, and code
• Basic shell scripting skills

Qualifications:

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• 3-4 years in a large-scale cloud operations role
• Programming skills (Python, Perl, Ruby, etc)
• Experience with cloud architectures, deployment and configuration using Terraform and/or Ansible
• Understanding of configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, etc.
• Knowledge in majority of the following: data structures, relational and non-relational databases, networking, Linux internals, filesystems, web architecture, and other related topics
• Knowledge of load balancers such as ELB, ALB for product based HAProxy, Cisco ACE, etc.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (including listening, speaking, and writing)
• Ability to work well in a diverse, collaborative, and cross-functional team environment (SREs, Cloud Engineers, Product Managers, etc.)
